missingWrote a review on 14 Decflooded bathroomunbearable noise
the stay started messy with a flooded bathroom, taking hours to even change rooms. the noise was unbearable, I could hear everything outside and in the hall. also, one would think a nice upgrade or a welcome gift woudl ve been customary, but no, nothing. I almost thought about giving a good review but just couldn’t.

Electronic keys were out of order during my stay, leading to unnecessary delays entering the room. To top it off, despite being told it was only 6km from the airport, the actual journey took around 30 minutes, which was pretty frustrating after a long flight.

comfortable, comfortable, comfortable
I enjoyed my stay in the Beautiful King Room where the bed was comfy. The room's shower had fantastic water pressure, and I appreciated being able to charge my phone right next to the bed. Plus, the lobby had charging stations, and I could store my luggage comfortably while I waited for my evening flight.
recommend 😊❤️

The hotel is conveniently located near a small supermarket.
My stay was plagued by frustration. After finally getting a room change, it still lacked proper ventilation, making it uncomfortably hot. The staff were not accommodating and failed to assist me when I needed help with the issues I faced.

The cheese selection here blew my mind, like a fiesta for my taste buds! Plus, the staff were super accommodating, holding my luggage for a couple of hours after check-out. They really made me feel at home during my solo traveler adventure!
A heads up—the area isn’t the safest after dark, and dining options are quite limited nearby. The Suite with Spa Bath was more of a regular tub with funky lights than luxurious, and the shower design left the whole bathroom soaked.

The location was decent, near a small supermarket for quick snacks. and my room had a great view. Housekeeping was attentive and the leisure room was a nice touch for downtime.
The area felt a little sketchy at times.

Had a cozy stay! The spacious bathroom was a pleasant surprise, and the entry decor truly reflects Mexico’s charm. Just a heads up—the internet didn’t work for us.
